Our residents are very special to us.  We have arranged a number of special services that are available for each of our residents.

 

Water Machine:  Just $.25/gallon at our water machine near the office. Fax Machine:  Just $2.00/page at the office for faxes during business hours. Package Acceptance:  Packages are accepted in the office and can be picked up during normal business hours. Copy Machine:  Residents are welcome to use the office copier during business hours for just $.10/copy. Newspaper & Mail Pickup:  If you are planning a trip, just give us a call and we'll pick up your newspaper and mail while you're away. Tool Basket:  Need a hammer, screwdriver, or even a plunger?  Small tools are available in the office for your use. Pest Control:  If at any time you would like the inside of your apartment sprayed for pests, simply call the office and we'll arrange for the "bug man" to stop by. Car Wash:  You can wash your car right at home for just $1.50. Vacuum Cleaner:  Feel free to stop by the office and borrow the vacuum cleaner - FREE! No Worries Service:  Left your iron, oven, or coffee pot on?  Call us and we'll turn it off for you.
